Modern Kitchen Remodel – Winter Haven, FL
This Winter Haven homeowner had lived in her house since the 1970s, and her kitchen had never been updated. With appliances that hadn’t worked in years — including a dishwasher that had been out of service for over 15 years — she was ready for a completely fresh start.
When she reached out to Premier Construction, her only request was simple: she wanted a brand-new kitchen. From there, our team guided her through all the design and aesthetic choices, making the process easy and enjoyable.
One of the biggest transformations came from above — her original kitchen had a lowered metal grid ceiling with acoustical panels. We raised the ceiling by two feet, instantly making the room brighter and more open. Paired with modern finishes and updated appliances, the space was completely reimagined.
Seeing her excitement at finally being able to wash dishes in a working dishwasher made the project especially rewarding for our team.
